Exponent provides embedded governance and sub-DAO participant services in the areas of risk and treasury functionality. The scope of services includes (but is not limited to):

• Preparation of in-depth risk reports that outline the risks associated with DeFi assets and strategies.

• Active participation in DAO pods or governance committees related to risk and treasury management.

• Creation and maintenance of risk frameworks and risk dashboards.

• Proposal drafting, due diligence on multisig transactions, or other DAO operational needs.
